The project scope included exterior restoration of the 112’ granite tower and 48’ x 48’ plinth; interior restoration of the 11’-2” x 11’-2” marble-walled Shrine Room and marble Memorial Tablet; new construction involving the installation of a 55-bell carillon, installation of stairs to the playing cabin, installation of mechanical system and a new electrical system. The Belltower’s surrounding plaza was restored, and an ascending path was installed for universal accessibility.
